    Forum Rules & Guidelines
You must read and understand these before posting to prevent having your posts deleted.

In order to maintain a pleasant environment for users of all ages to mingle and exchange their thoughts (or lack of thoughts) with one another, we have set some rules which will help keep the forum organised and easy to navigate.
Breaking the rules will result in warnings or being blocked from the site entirely. Too many warnings will also result in a block.

No trolling and/or flaming: Flaming is where a user attacks another user in a hurtful way. This can involve disagreeing with their opinions in a disrespectful manner, as well as spreading messages of hate toward a particular member or group of members. Trolling is when you are purposely and repeatedly disrespecting other members for your own joy/entertainment. Breaking this rule will result in a strict warning, followed by an immediate ban if the problem persists.

No spamming: Spamming is where a user repeatedly creates topics and posts that make no sense, have no meaning and no value to the forum or the discussion the message was posted in. Simply put, if you have nothing worth contributing to a thread, don't post in it. On top of that, posting a reply in the same thread twice without waiting for someone else to reply first also counts as spam. If you have missed something in your first message, edit that message. Lastly, don't post the same threads over and over in different places. Users are given several strikes and warnings. Should a user not understand that they are breaking this rule then they are not welcome here and will be banned.Does not apply in Can o' Spam

No cursing: This means absolitely no swearing what-so-ever. No censoring of swear words either. If you are found swearing in posts, signatures or avatars (even if they are censored) you will be immediately banned without question.

No advertising: It may be tempting to post a link to a website you made, but don't do it because it does not count as a discussion. If you want to advertise, send a PM to a moderator to have your micro-button added to the front page under the links box. Also, no advertising in signatures or avatars. Advertisement content will be removed and the user will be warned. Continue breaking this rule and a ban will be administered.Does not apply in Adverts.

No posting offensive content: This also includes posting links to other websites that contain offensive content. Said content includes racial discrimination, pornographic material, messages of hatred against a group of people and gory content. An immediate ban will follow for the aforementioned offensive list, however there are other things that are not listed and administrators have the right to remove content they feel is offensive and administer what ever punishment the feel fitting.

No going off-topic: Going off-topic is where a user starts a discussion and another user posts something irrelevant to the topic which causes the discussion to go in the wrong direction. For example, someone could start a thread on cars, and another user may compliment a posters avatar or signature and that leads the discussion away from the original topic. Like spam, several warnings are issued and eventually a ban if the problem persists. All posts that stemmed off of the first off-topic post will be deleted.

No bashing new members: New members may never have used a forum before and may not be aware of how they work and how to behave in one. It is common for new users to break rules such as spamming, but it is the other members responsibility to alert an administrator who will take care of it. Under no circumstance is another user allowed to attempt to insult a new member about their mistakes. Administrators will take care of all rule-breaking. Do not try and resolve a trouble situation by yourself. No-one likes a know-it-all.

No illegal discussions: This includes, but is not limited to, discussion on obtaining free commercial software through cracking and illegal patches (warez) and P2P applications for sharing files.

    Other important notes:
~If you see a post which is breaking the rules, look for the little ! button on the post to alert an admin who will take care of it. Do not abuse this feature.
~The forum rating is PG-13, so keep all discussion below that.
